Founder and Principal Consultant, Annette Ruhotas AM, is an ESG Social expert with board and executive level experience in the private, government and not-for-profit sectors in Australia, the UK and South Pacific. An unconventional Civil Engineer (B. Eng (Civil) Hons) and Teacher (B. Teach (Science) Distinction), Annette is highly knowledgeable in governance, social strategy, corporate foundations, community development, stakeholder engagement, facilitation, project management and delivery.

In 2024 Annette was made a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for significant service to the community, particularly through for-purpose organisations and governance roles.
